Registration Information
Early registration for all Metropolitan Region members will open on April 21, 2018 and close on June 30, 2018. All registrations collected or postmarked between those dates will be treated equally for class assignments. Each early registration should be accompanied by a deposit of $75, which will be applied to the total registration fee. The balance must be paid in full by September 30, 2018. Once again we will offer a two-payment plan, with the final payment due by January 15, 2019. Note that a $5 non-refundable transaction fee has been added to the first of the two payments if using the two-payment plan.
Registration for all other EGA members will open September 1, 2018 and close January 15, 2019. Registrations received after January 15, 2019 will be accepted subject to class availability.
All registration forms must be accompanied by a check or money order payable to "Metropolitan Region Seminar" AND a self-addressed #10 business-size envelope with two first-class stamps unless you want e-mail correspondence only.
The Seminar fee will be as follows:
Double (per person): $615
Single: $715
Triple (per person): $600
Commuter: $490
A class confirmation notice and invoice for the kit fee will be mailed or emailed to registrants on or about February 1, 2019. The kit fee payment is due by March 1, 2019. Any kit fee payment not received by the due date will incur a $10 late charge.

Cancellation Policy
EGA policy states that cancellations shall be refunded less a non-refundable registration fee of $40 and other charges Seminar cannot cancel.
After February 25, 2019 cancellations will only be accepted in the event of the registrant's or immediate family member's illness or death or an extreme emergency. A doctor's statement is required in the case of illness. Refunds approved by the Seminar executive committee will be made after the close of Seminar 2019.

What the Seminar Fee Covers
The Seminar fee covers your sleeping room for Friday and Saturday night, meals, gratuities, class fee, and a Seminar pin and handbook. Meals include Friday evening dinner; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday; and breakfast and lunch on Sunday.
Individuals registering as commuters are entitled to Saturday lunch and dinner and Sunday lunch.
